How can I provide Schneider with status updates?
Schneider has multiple methods to receive arrival and departure times for all of the loads you are moving. Once you’re on board with LoadMyTruck you can provide the updates on-line as you view all the freight to which you are assigned in a quick glance. You can call and talk to your broker at the phone number listed on your tender sheet. We also offer electronic methods such as MacroPoint Tracking and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). How do I join Schneider’s Carrier Purchase Program?
You must be a qualified carrier for Schneider or one of its affiliates to join the Carrier Purchasing Program. You will also need a fuel card from one of the participating fuel card providers (Comdata, EFS, TCH, T-Chek or Fleet One). The program has no enrollment fee. To get set-up in the Carrier Purchasing Program, please call 800-558-1179 and select option 2. One of our representatives will be available to answer any questions you may have and get you started on the path to savings.
Can I choose which invoices I want to Quick Pay?
Once a carrier enrolls in the Schneider Quick Pay Program, all invoices for Schneider Brokerage must be processed in the Quick Pay Program. Carriers cannot choose what invoices they would like Schneider to Quick Pay on an individual basis.
What can I do to eliminate payments being held?
When submitting an invoice for Schneider Quick Pay, please take the time to verify that the amount you are invoicing matches the Rate Tender sheet you received from Schneider Brokerage at the time of dispatch. If the rate sheet does not match because additional accessorial charges were incurred, please contact the Broker who dispatched the load to get the charges approved and an updated copy of the rate tender sheet. Call the Broker to communicate the completion time and trailer number before invoicing.
What should I include with my invoice?
When billing Schneider Brokerage Services, all invoices must reference the Schneider load number on the face of the invoice. The load number on the Schneider Shipment Tender starts with "SL" followed by 9 numbers. If the load number is not referenced on the invoice, the invoice will be delayed for payment. All invoices need to be accompanied by a signed bill of lading. If a lumper charge was incurred, a signed copy of the receipt must also be included with your invoice.
Can I bill multiple loads on one invoice?
Schneider will only accept one load per invoice; summary invoices will be returned to the carrier to bill individually.
What are my payment choices?
We offer a choice of payment options to suit your needs and your business practices, from ACH deposits in your bank account to paper checks delivered via first class mail. If you would like to receive your payments via ACH, please complete an ACH form along with a voided check and fax it to 920-403-9507.
I currently use a factoring company. What do I need to do to participate in the Quick Pay program?
To participate in the Schneider Quick Pay program, you will need to obtain a letter of release from your factoring company.
When will my Quick Payments be released?
All payments will be released within two business days from receipt of a clear and legible invoice and bill of lading.
Does Schneider offer Power Only opportunities?
Schneider offers a Power Only opportunity called PowerPlus. It’s a great way for your company to move Schneider orange trailers on preloaded/drop freight throughout the country – short and long hauls.
